Addition of a fully remotely accessible reporting and OEE system for confectionary production. Complete electrical and control installation as well as programming, graphics design etc.
Providing 5 minute average, daily, shift wise and weekly production performance. Radium installed a factory wide WiFi network and secured it as part of this project to also allow machine diagnostics from mobile Tablets.
Ground Based Rainfall Enhancement, Oman
Mechanical design as well as electrical control and power design for ground based ionisation rainfall enhancement trials conducted in Oman.
A -100kV high voltage generator is used to produce corona effects in the array. The corona effect charges aerosols that are naturally propagating to cloud cover in a 70x30km area. Enhancement of rainfall up to 20% by independent scientific trials.
Custom Confectionary Machinery
3 custom machines with mechanical design by client - control, electrical, pneumatic and process design by Radium.
Complete dosing system for additives to a custom machine that work from an automated and staged recipe system. The recipe system, staging and page manipulation were customs designs by Radium.
Confectionary Plant Upgrade
Electrical panels leaving our workshop for a confectionary plant upgrade. Replacing obsolete and electrically unsafe MCC and control panels with new panels - design, manufactured, installed and programmed by Radium. Over a 3 week period, the bulk materials system and 4 separate areas of the factory were relocated and upgraded, with systems progressively coming online, on time, to allow the factory to restart and run.
